This Chinese knife is ideal for cutting vegetables, meat and more. The V-shaped edge is very sharp and can help you cut your food easily. The blade is forged from high quality steel with fine grind and the multi-channel composite process ensures long durability. Sturdy wenge wood was used as the handle material, which is comfortable to hold and has a good texture.
